A women's retreat made for restoration

Women's Retreat · NSW

Oasis of Hope is a private fourteen-acre retreat in the Upper Orara Valley, built for slowing down. With a wellness centre, gardens that change with the seasons, and exclusive use of the whole estate, it's a place where a group of women can gather, restore, and reconnect — with each other and with themselves.

Warm up, slow down

Warm up, slow down

The wellness centre offers a 38°C outdoor spa facing the valley and a traditional Finnish sauna beneath open sky. Soak at sunrise or under the stars, move between heat and cool valley air at your own pace — no schedules, no classes, just rest.

Gardens and gentle days

Gardens and gentle days

Fourteen acres of lawns, blossom trees, and creekside landscapes give the days their rhythm — slow mornings with coffee, walks through the gardens, and quiet corners to read or talk. In spring the jacarandas and cherry blossom turn the estate purple and pink.

Frequently asked questions

What wellness facilities are available?
A 38°C outdoor spa facing the valley, a traditional Finnish sauna beneath open sky with a cold shower, a firepit, and a pool. Sessions are private to your group — there are no scheduled classes or instructors, so you set the pace.
Is the retreat private to our group?
Yes. The whole estate is booked exclusively for your group, so the wellness centre, gardens, gathering spaces, and accommodation are all yours for the stay.
How many women can stay?
Twenty-one guests can stay in beds across the homestead and Garden Wing, with on-site camping available to extend the group size if needed.
Is there a space for our sessions or program?
Yes — the covered Pavilion and the homestead's living spaces work beautifully for sessions, workshops, and shared meals, and a dedicated meeting room is available with a 75-inch screen.
When is the best time of year to come?
Every season has its own character — spring blossom, long summer evenings by the pool, golden autumn light, and misty winter mornings when the sauna earns its keep. We'll help you pick dates that suit your group.
