A Christian conference venue in the valley
Christian Conference Venue · NSW
Oasis of Hope offers a self-contained conference setting on fourteen private acres in the Upper Orara Valley. With a covered plenary pavilion, a separate breakout room, on-site accommodation, and exclusive use of the grounds, your conference runs in one place — distraction-free and surrounded by nature.

A plenary space under cover
The all-weather Pavilion seats 80 to 100 with an adjoining stage and pull-down weather screens — a natural main room for sessions, worship, and keynote teaching, comfortable whatever the weather does.

Breakouts and workshops
A dedicated meeting room seats up to 70 with a 75-inch screen and wireless presentation, ready for workshops, seminars, and smaller streams running alongside the main program.

Stay, eat, and gather on-site
Twenty-one beds across the homestead and Garden Wing, with creekside camping to extend numbers, keep delegates on-site. Long-table meals under the Pavilion and firepit evenings turn a conference into a genuine shared experience.

Frequently asked questions
- How many delegates can the venue seat?
- The covered Pavilion seats 80 to 100 for plenary sessions, with a separate breakout room for up to 70. Day attendance for a conference can therefore be well over a hundred, with on-site beds for 21 and camping for additional overnight guests.
- Are there breakout spaces as well as a main room?
- Yes. Alongside the main Pavilion, a dedicated meeting room seats up to 70 with a 75-inch screen and wireless presentation, suitable for workshops and concurrent streams.
- Is there a stage and space for a band or AV?
- The Pavilion has an adjoining stage area. Tell us your AV and music requirements when you enquire and we'll talk through what the space supports.
- Where can delegates stay?
- Twenty-one guests can stay in beds across the homestead and Garden Wing, and creekside and valley camping on the estate can accommodate larger groups overnight.
- Can the conference have exclusive use of the grounds?
- Yes — the entire estate is booked exclusively for your event, so the pavilion, meeting room, grounds, and accommodation are all reserved for your conference.
