The Land
Follow the creek. Find the waterfall.
Fourteen private acres, and every one of them rewards a closer look. Follow the creek and the land unfolds — pasture gives way to rainforest, the house slips behind a rise, and there is nothing but the sound of water ahead. This is not a resort with marked trails and laminated maps. This is a valley — and it rewards the curious.

Creek Adventure
A creek adventure, not a creek walk.
Follow the creek upstream and it leads to a waterfall — a sandstone pool, cold and clean, surrounded by ferns and canopy. About forty-five minutes to an hour each way, depending on pace and creek conditions. You'll be in the water for stretches of it, picking over uneven rock, ducking under fallen branches, and squeezing through a final gap before the pool opens up. This is a proper valley adventure. For people who want the experience.
Before you go
- Closed-in shoes — no exceptions
- Plan to get wet — it's part of the route
- Uneven natural terrain throughout
- No phone reception once you leave the campground
- Creek conditions change with rainfall
Beyond the property
Waterfalls a short drive away.
If the creek adventure isn't your pace, the Coffs hinterland is full of waterfalls inside a short drive — sealed roads, lookouts, easy access. The choice is yours: spend the morning getting wet on our creek, or pack the car and string a few falls together. Both are part of staying here.

The Year
Every season, something new.
- Spring — jacarandas and cherry blossom colour the property purple and pink
- Summer — swimming holes fill, cicadas set the tempo, long evenings by the pool
- Autumn — golden light through the valley, cooler mornings, the ranges catch fire at sunset
- Winter — mist sits low until mid-morning, the sauna earns its keep, clear nights for stargazing
